Mr. Ex-president, if you are a President, or a Democrat.  I have been listening to some interviews by you,  in which you seem not to understand why there was no action on your demand for gun control legislation.  It’s because you were wrong.  I realize now, that while you may have taught constitutional law, you might not want to claim to be a scholar.

 

It is for this reason, as much as anything else, your constitutional overreach in the interest of good, lost your party so much ground.  The needs of the nation are actually the opposite.  It is time to end this ill considered flirtation with citizen disarmament.  It might have had a chance and purpose during those heady years after the birth of a nation.  It might have seemed workable during all the long golden years of abundance in America.  It might be then, but not now.  We face now, attacks from within AND without.  Women are posing with children to evade detection so as to self destruct woman and child in terror attacks.  You can bet the children are not their own.  Think about the level of evil for a second.  What is next, bombs inside children?

 

Gone are the days when good and plenty are everywhere.  The grain isn’t amber, and the purple is from pollution.  Good and evil share the same stage.  Because of this, national carry is important.  The alternative now is a police state, with two or three in five member’s of a police army.  Who will pay for such things?  Who will require it?  The framers knew that by making the populace need nothing from the state for personal protection, they would remove standing armies from the soil.  With no standing army in a nation of armed populace, gov’t is very much encouraged to remain pure.  Armies frequently become bored, and are tempting use for despots.  Hell, standing armies, make despots…

 

When the police who handle civil order, are replaced by an army, by right of self protection,  trained and licensed to kill upon sight, then people committing crimes, become the enemy of the state.  As time passes, what is there to counter the impulse of self preservation of gov’t?  How except to consider any disruption, especially that speech aimed at the redress o government, as a threat to order?  The response is to deprive of civil process,  enemies of the state.  This is why we see the inexorable creep of summary executions in civil interactions, said offences bent to the prevailing political power.  Once this line is crossed, regardless of what you call it, the republic is dead, because there will never be a transfer of power.  Legitimacy bestowed by victory, victory bestowed by force.

 

Yes for a time, more guns among the populace, MAY mean more lives lost.  Those of criminals, and citizens willing to give their life to defend themselves or their fellow Americans.  Not the innocent however.  The numbers of innocent will drop, as the crime of violent massacre itself drops.  There will be fewer criminals, causing less loss of life.

 

If you had actually understood the constitution, you’d know the making of law is best left to an elected body, with limited power, and nothing approaching life or death.  The framers knew many minds may find agreement, where a single mind should not.  You were wrong, and that’s why, in their wisdom the nations founders gave the power to make or parse law to the many, not the few or the one.

 

If you understood Americans, you would have reasoned that many of those departed souls would have been saved by any number of armed citizens, but you do not.  Maybe you didn’t live in America during your formative years, or not enough of them.

 

Guns in the hands of good well trained people, mean that more than not, the ones committing evil reap its reward.  The real understanding is that the framers knew, if you would not fight to win your nation, you would not have a nation.  If you could not fight to preserve your life, you will lose it to whomever is stronger.  The ultimate might makes right.  They saw the need good and peaceful people to reluctantly take up deadly force, and more than the path to success in that endeavor, they understood and armed populace was the very remedy of and reason not to.  When and why have a people ever overthrown their well functioning representative government?  As this is our first one, what level of faith do you really have in innocent until proven guilty?

 

They, unlike you, understood no government could stand against an overwhelming majority of its armed citizens, and no government of, for, and by the people would ever need to.  They knew, if you would not die for your nation, for the principle life liberty and the pursuit of happiness for all, you could not have THIS nation.  They understood they had a nation because GOD willed valor, and justice succeed.  Though many died in its birth, they reasoned that an armed informed populace would be the last to vote against itself in a life or death campaign counter to their own interest.

 

You would understood that a free press, necessary to inform the people, is tented three to one, against the makers of law, and order, so a populace would have to be collectively insane to overthrow a government for by and of itself.  Instead you supported the legalization of propaganda, watering the roots of fake news, and gov’t control of information.

 

 

So tell me, would you would not have killed those shooters to save all those babies, or die trying?  Would you deny the parents the teachers, the janitor, ANYONE else the right to?  Will you turn to the families and say, “yes your children would be saved, but this is the better way?”  I decide they should pay and what price for my principle?  Shame on your tears.  Just to be clear, if I ever unfortunately have need or a chance to save your family I should stand down, correct?

I have to say…

i have to say, the best take away to be had so far, is not that people can be so dumb,  but so duplicitious.  It’s not even surprising, but astoundingly rare is the once in a lifetime view of the underbelly of high power american politics.  That the opportunity came about by the most perfect storm can only be evidence of a divine hand.  It was a miscalculation of the highest order.

To think that the entire gov’t corruptive process would ever be hinted at, much less viewed by a crack wide enough to change the outcome of an election.

It sure damn did, and thank god for that.  We have been judged worthy, not to continue former American practices, but to be given the chance to dispose of them.  This is not a mistake that will happen again for a long time.  How arrogant do you have to be, to thwart the goals of a billion dollar crime syndicate?

Americans should be buying American, but american what?  What do we have the wherwithal to make?  It should be solar panels.  It should be technology revisions which make america cleaner, more secure, self-supporting, and lean.  Our car industry should be the leader in developing small, cost effective transportation model lines, using alternative energy, sustainable electric, solar, even nat. gas might be available at acceptable cost available as a national fuel for hundreds of years.  What is important, is that profiteers do not make the decisions about what kinds of industry we develop.  They should do their best to make America succeed, but that does not include reigniting that last good thing they had which failed.

We need to go forward.  Our debt is staggering.  America no longer false songing colonialism no doubt, but the fact is we have spent ourselves to the point of near fatal collapse in ill conceived morally bankrupt war, to the detriment of the nations health.  It’s time to get back to work alright, disinfecting our cities from the rot of hopelessness is a top priority.

Without giving an inch on the need to build what ever secures our border, reminds me of the answer i got from a salesman admittedly, but an effective one, upon my query as to how much i should need to spend on a motorcycle helmet, “well that depends on what you think your head is worth…”.  It depends on how much you think your country’s survival, which includes everyones way of life right now as they have it.

How much is not asking your life to get harder worth?  What would we spend to do that, and why is as non-racially charged for me as not sticking my finger in a fire.  “What do you have against yellow anyway buddy?”  Seriously?  Whatever, but moving on, we need to decide how much of a prune we are willing to make.  Without debating the existence of gardeners, it seems like any is gonna hurt, not enough is going to hurt more.  No-one is thinking how can this be made to hurt.  It’s sad really, like always the innocent pay off the bullshit left to them by the politicians and other institutions serving the moneyed class.

All the assholes who made this mess, and resisted it being dealt with for all these years are to blame.  Not the ones who take the bull and try to solve the issue.  Because it needs to bee solved.  I could make this one decision blindfolded.  So we have to start declaring and discussing, and deciding, who we are about putting this to rest, fairly, honestly, compassionately.  Who actually has to walk away from what ever they have created here.

The criminals certainly.  Anyone here in any status ofther than citizen puts them in a veery special class.  Really damn lucky for one, but also that class of aspirants who had better not have any problems with their “host” country.  At ALL. For many years.  Now what part of any crime history is OK to be disqualifieng?  How does family connections matter?  What about wards of the state, legally cared for as an illegial aliens guardian?

a really, really immodest proposal

Unforunately Donald Trump, while a GREAT American, won’t save us.  He is as surely a good intentioned American as there is.  What he will do is unite us.  We have common enemies.  The ancient sway of dirth and plenty.  Nature shows us the way of short and plenty.  The choice could not be more clear:

We either work together or perish.  There are those, however intentioned, enamored, or competent of “success”, that without really looking up, accrue and store plenty.  It means nothing if we fall to our death holding magic charms, at the end, too late we see the folly.  There isn’t enough of anything left for us to fight over it.  The expense and result will be the tipping point.

I would like to say the external issues offer us a tremendously exciting choice, but to be honest if it is the only choice, what can be said is that I firmly believe this is the time for sanity to denounce madness.  If we were to just make no more mistakes from today on, we would be in serious trouble.  Anything we pile on now is instantly compared to annihilation.

It would be impossible for a politician to open the discussion that follows.  Perhaps…

When i consider russians, i don’t think enemy!  Nor necessarily with China either.  China is going to have tremendous problems with pollution.  They have ascended at no small cost.  Life in Russia can be severe, and many, many people need heat to survive.  If just we three nations agreed to create a format for an initial trilateral agreement based on the need to reverse from war as measure of success, we would have peace.

More than a partnership, closer to brotherhood.  Perhaps there is some formula, shareable with the nations holding resources which would allow need and plenty to regulate itself with the politics of trust and brotherhood.  If the materials of the world needed for survival, could be traded for other than money, for say assurance of peace, certain freedoms, and a certain standard of living in exchange for the fair divides, perhaps we can at least survive until we can develop technology in an ecologically sustainable or even restorative manner.

Think of it as a corporation whose shares are measured in overall human terms instead of group or individual ones.

Just the money spent/saved on defense alone will benefit hundreds of millions.  Developing a framework of world cooperation is a legacy all of mankind can own.  The triad can develop standards of behavior, like non aggression pacts for example, mutual civil process, the promise of security, and livelihoods.  The key is that no one should “own” essential human needs.

As radical as this might sound, it gets worse.  We are just about that close to destroying the planet simply from the numerical burden of our industry.  It may be that the number of trees has some tipping point, but i hardly doubt its that simple.  We have swirled this coffee with so many pretty ingredients who knows whats should have been, or what matters anyway.  Our impact has changed natural processes to such an extent, it is doubtful we can even study it much longer.  We didn’t learn anything before we changed everything, now we can only watch.  We all know it, so before we need to get into a shooting war, and be like those 2yr olds who blow a hole in their mommy,  how about we don’t blow up EVERYONE’S mommy?  That’s where this goes and we all know that too.

Sooner or later someone is going to be as serious as a heart attack, and so will someone else.  Why do that?  Let’s just decide right now not to, and stop fighting each other, initially a triad, eventually a council, simply exchanging formulaic values, in a nonagression brotherhood pact.  This would also have to be serious as a heart attack.  Before all was said and done, many tests.

While a very strong defense presence should be encouraged, the business of the council must be non-violent.  Firmness of will not force of arms will replace the disgusting stain of Americas slavery, brutality of Communism.  Outwardly the new union must defend against all.  The natural structure of superiority will erode fear and greed  without fail.  The benefits are superior to any economy based on war, an activity, holding human dignity, and social needs inferior goals to the win.  This thing itself drives us to destruction.  But the last wars participants, winner and loser alike have gifted us humanities bloom.

In the nuclear age, war is impossible to win.  Conventional conflicts are only meaningful until two nuclear players square off, and neither will blink.  Why do we act like this cannot happen?  It is absolutely bound to happen.  Sooner or later this paradigm ends with two nations clear needs for national survival leading them both to destroy much of the planet along with themselves.  Its not that noone can afford to lose a nuclear war, or even win one.  The absolutely divine aspect of nuclear war is the fact It is abundantly clear we can’t survive even waging one.

Nations now run by those heros of the last war must now give way.  We know that war cannot nor should not be waged.  We must thank them for the service in the most profound way, by replacing them.  What more could they want, those who have felt war, more than honorable peace.  Because they know that wars are won and lost, we are here.  Because we know that now, wars cannot be won we must choose.  We can slaughter each other until we all die, or we can just let that past go, as we now may have very well altered the climate enough to disrupt food production.  Not to mention food must double from today’s yield by 2050 to avoid mass starvation.

Anyone want to lay odds on that happening?  Don’t forget NOTHING can go wrong.  No natural cycles of less, say nothing of famine, and failed grow, something i’m pretty sure is a natural occurance.  How likely is that run?  Pile on conflict?  I don’t think so.

All those who think war can be won, war can be waged, all must go.  NOW.  We must join together in a sincere pact to help serve, respect, protect and assist each other, and dedicate ourselves to becoming a showcase of the most irresistible kind.  This model must expand, refine, and grow strong.  The children’s children of warriors have no quarrel.  This is the way of the old ones.  We DO have the world our forefathers fought and died to give us, and we must take responsibility for that most divine gift, peace.

In order for that to be our history and legacy, we must replace force in the service of national security, with an active framework of joint cooperation as brothers.  Like an apple, the world of control and profit shrinks as fast as we enjoy it.

Our planet cannot deliver the demand we place now, how can it do more for any?  The needs of humanity must be used by all in a peaceful manner, while we combine efforts to evolve out of the need to fight for materials which cannot possibly effect our success.  No technology, comfort, pleasure or power can succeed for many nor endure for long if it based on any limited materials whatsoever, whether made so by nature or intent, more valuable by scarcity.  In the nuclear world, the only war which can free us is the defeat of fear and greed.  If we don’t find the way to live without competing like animals we will fail to survive.

The restoration of our planet, and shifting our cultures away from the unsustainable must become our new religion, our new politic, and our commerce, only then can we be said to have “MADE ANYTHING GREAT AGAIN”

Apparently John Podesta destroyed Hillary’s election bid with his email exposure of the true nature of the DNC and the clinton crime machine.  Someday, when i have 2yrs of free time, i’ll write a nice book about what the contents reveal, and my understanding of how this fits into my world, whether and how it changes that view, etc.

Right now though, I have to comment on a couple of things surrounding the mundane.  John podesta responded to an email which said his password was compromised, and to change his password here:  www.blahblahimgoingto.rob

and he fell for it.

Now i can’t speak for all software, but most browsers don’t honor links from spam, so let’s assume for fucks sake, that implys there wasn’t ANY security setup even on the application level in those systems.  What kind of fucking idiot tech person did they use anyway?  The stuff that jumps out at me is really scary.  These people ran a national campaign for the presidency of the nation, and hired an idiot to install MS server 20whatever, and he didn’t even have a spam filter turned on?  OK, OK i can’t know that.  Let’s not forget this is a direct observable result of their judgment in action.

Not only unaware or unwilling to spend $30 on an internal mail  server, with any number of great granular options which 8th graders can config if reasonably fluent in english, or a dozen other languages. and apparently meetings given to every assistant in america couldn’t be bothered to be attended or offered, or insisted on by the so-called tech staff of this hip candidate of the young women of America.  The thing being, any of those young devotees would be shitcanned from any job in the country especially Elect the Hag, for doing something like that, 5 years ago, or by 10th birthday anyway.

What idiot who’s password is pASSworD or whoever is part of this great sweeping change that’s going to represent you young people how exactly?  They couldn’t even understand email for god’s sake!  No worry, these people are pros and leaders.  they know how to pick talent and get the best people around them to lead right?

So what some 12yr old kid in moscow sells a shitload of emails from a computer to the gov’t or a paper.  Even this much has noone willing to admit on record for sure.  We can trust noone except perhaps Trump right now to tell the truth.  Everyone else has skin in the game.  Democrats having their shitstains posted to youtube, politicians bellies full of swamp water,  intelligence agencies well aware everything you say and don’t say may give your opponents information, they know why you do what you do.

Forgetting all that, since when does the intelligence community in this country say shit anyone should believe?  They are a tool, a data collection function, an implement, when something needs done, and someone needs you to believe the light of heart and mind needs refuge from the brightness of truth.  What kind of lens will they come up with to clarify?  Trump has been proven time and time again to have excellent judgment, striking out first in comments where the big surprise is if he were wrong, as in attacks abroad.  Secondly in the matter at hand, prudence dictates to let the agencies do their jobs, aside from the benefit of fact, the longer the political game plays, to whatever extent it is one,  the more the President learns from watching the players.  He has proven to be so far an excellent tactician.

The real story is whether the president empowers the intelligence agencies to carry out the missions assigned by warrant and presidential order, while reinvigorating and depoliticizing intel. and many other gov’t institutions, while repopulating positions with the best people.  The American people deserve to have its best serve together without thought as to race, religion, or class distinction.  We have seen many scandals concerning events like the SService brawl and drunken binge, the state dept coverup of Bengazi and PaytoPlay, and corruption schemes to protect the future candidacy of Hillary as the political boss of the crime family.

We have immigration law being flouted not only by cities, but by the very institutions created to uphold it.  Swayed by party agenda, agencies sworn to protect all americans have picked a winning side, as always, the money side is the winning side.  The IRS has been used by the democrats to thwart the lawful political ambitions and religious beliefs of americans, so much for affirmative action.  I guess it’s OK if you don’t agree with them, because you’re better than others, and therefore must be right, and law, well, just a convenient tool to pick up when handy.  Too bad it’s applied so strictly to the rest of us.

What kind of judgment does it take, no that’s not even the question.  I was going to say how do you have so much incompetence around you, that blah, blah, but no, the real thing i think is how scared of you, and how cut off from everyone do you have to be, before you can get tricked into such a thing with an email ONLY a 12 year old would try?  Can you imagine the top level meeting where Putin signs off on a campaign so audacious, it makes pearl harbor look like bingo?

And Donald Trump, knowing that who disagrees with who, why, and when, tells you as much as what they seem to want you to believe.   How they move, this room full of powerful men, has been lording over meetings such as this high stakes game for decades, not only winning for himself, but bringing this kind of talent to a table, winning for all involved agree to voluntarily participate in an agreement.  Which approach enacted by which group of actors do you want working for you?  Come on, really?  America has been saved by God so she can survive in this den of wolves.

We all know that mankind is a burden on the planet if only  because of number.  Even if we were all perfect individual, corporate, or gov’t entities our mere presence is terminally destructive.  The increase in the amount of food needed to feed the planet is staggering.  We literally treat water like shit, expecting nonexistant wetlands to purify in its’ ancient cycle.

We have a million problems to work on, but one or two must take precedence.  Not only jump the line for importance of the scope of effort, but also a jump to the head of the line.

We really need to have a wall.  Please read my thoughts on why, I hope they surprise you.

No nation can exist without a border.  It’s like finding a cell without a membrane, a flower without a form, a poem without words.  A border kills the lie of the war on drugs.  This criminal enterprise is larger, more powerful, more wealthy, and more brutal than the Third Reich.  The most widely accepted number of civilian jews murdered is around 6 million, likely a lowball.  20-50x for drugs doesn’t deserve a blink, and don’t count the ancillary damage of caring for the should be dead, but never get there crowd.  They need help from many to survive, so until they die or heal, the damage piles up.
