Said same media about to get a reminder from reality that the executive branch has tremendous legal reach, and the fastest action cycle of all branches, precisely so the gov’t is protected from fast moving enemies.  The framers fresh from a war, knew that sometimes the enemy arises with such speed and surprise, that only rapid action can quell the threat.  Invested therefore, being a place for deliberation, and even more deliberation. each branch, the legislative, and the judiciary, having in the first case, the power to tremendously alter the nation, if they may come together against the wishes of the president and enact law, but they are electable every so many years, so their work may be undone.  Thirdly, the judiciary vested with the ability to strike down but not modify, even the work of a president united with congress, if just twelve people, picked by the president, and voted on by committee approve, can with no further accountability to either the people at large, such as a mob, any majority can be, not to and election or administrative change.  This branch is so farthest removed from fast action, free from all burden, lifelong incomes, to remove every biased need in their heart and mind.

The socalled “media” will not succeed with it’s two step this time.  The old oil slick of definition might derail justice, but it won’t confuse Donald Trump if he decides to act on the open media censorship upon the freedom of political speech in this country.  You can’t possibly argue to be a content provider while censoring speech, nor will any cover be granted based on some fatuous argument regarding the public morals. 

It has  been long established law, that while those rights not given to the state are reserved to the people, nothing therein declares a person or any other corporation empowered to usurp a right simply because congress has not yet asserted its authority in a matter.  A community, may enact its own standard of conduct, but nothing in Constitutional law renders them immunity from or in any way superior to that body of justice.

One does not become answerable to the constitution merely because congress has not yet acted.  In a manner of speaking it has been decided by ethic if not by technology.  No media corporation or entity may refuse to accept the ad revenue, refuse to give equal time for equal rate to opposing of differing view, to any position, if it accepts same from any position.  It must refuse to air all, to escape censorship charges.

This itself is a great risk for media.  Supreme court cases have broken apart corporations, required billions of dollars of oversight submissions, and receivership of vital assets used to break the law.

Regardless of his desire, it is his DUTY to address the limiting of political discourse by major players in the media.  The only fault ever to be earned by him would have to be awarded upon judging his actions deficient upon a conservative press, curtailing political discourse of others.  That’s a scenario we won’t ever be called on to judge.  We won’t be able to point and say there is the result, because conservatives did not expect there would ever be a generation so corrupt and infected, infested, and impotent so as to act against the NATION for political beliefs, limiting free speech discourse because it didn’t align with what they desired the American to experience to be.

Until recently, so called progressives owned the media, but all sides were represented.  How else to have a wrestling match without contenders.  The people might root for a side, but the best side was always the money.  Those fools are long gone.  What we have now, is a political event, the intention to manipulate perception, and introspection, so as to allow one set of small powerful, incredibly rich remain at the helm of US power at any cost.

This is the class that Donald Trump is trying to lead back into the light.  There is nothing evil about money, its the people who do evil things which needs to be exposed.  There is nothing wrong with an equal bias towards yourself, in measure with the esteem others take for themselves.  Well, maybe a teense more even.  There is nothing better than the truth with which to win an acquirement.  One should at least try to be the best one can be.

i believe Dr. Peterson evades his zenith, when he conveys his impression of what the post modernist sees as deficit, instead of asking them.  I must agree with what ever they find to be lacking, because i know what they know, but they know something, know what it will do, but not why and what it is…

It’s not that they know that this society cannot continue.  Every child knows things don’t last forever in the second they become adult.  I think what they do not yet know is it’s actual name.  it know it’s name.

Thing can’t go on like this.  The people who try to tear it down know this.  They think rightly the faster it goes, the faster it will be replaced.

A noble gesture, which the more mature understand in no way guarantees version 2.06 may not be the one breaking the thing completely, until engineers work 48hrs to reeducate whatever errant electron caused the revolution.  They think that way, because way back in the mythical past a thing called Microsoft broke stuff for a living.  Both sides actually agree, but the young assume an improved replacement the others have learned to beware.

Like many other intractable differences, wherein both sides are right.  Gandhi has been credited with commenting that war is when both sides disagree, and when both are correct.

The rest of us, know many things are wrong., It isnt true that the next one is better. We got into some of this mess by not thinking ahead first, and letting greedy morons represents us like lazy indulgent ingrates, instead of defending the foundation of what was good here.

In this case, it’s not so much that we are right, the “lets have it now folks are wrong.”  It’s we also can’t afford to make many more mistakes.  Hopefully you can see there are some really serious things wrong here concerning money, debt, politics, and law which need to be addressed.  That’s just the mess we created here.  There’s a lot of fires which need to be put out, and it’s hard to fight when you are running away to save your life.  Many of us feel that we can’t afford to make a lot of mistakes.

So this all gets everyone just that extra bit edgy which makes them sure they’re justified in most everything they do.  The trouble is, we have it all wrong.

What ever the latest atrocity, whether the nightly segments jerks our chain, or tears from our eyes, it all stems from the same monster, he who must not be named.

Resource wars.

We are fighting proxy resource wars with other nuclear powers.  This doesn’t sound like a fun game to me.  Not to mention another the boogeymans hand is so far up the monsters ass it’s a real kindness to call it puppetry.  Deep down where words have no shape, in psychic waters so deep no ripples break the calm  we’re all starting to hear the same refrain:,

In the face of such boogeypersons, only one weapon will do.  Truth.  The truth which we all know or don’t want to know, is that this way of life, cannot continue.  Not  quality, but quantity will destroy this corporation.  The complete success of a product includeds a saturated market.   The source streams of production which have depended upon thousands of years undisturbed, cannot possibly stand the onslaught of intrusion,  erosion, extraction, and destruction.

There isn’t enough fresh water on the planet for the number of people.  There isn’t enough food growing land available, and the best land, fluvial plains are covered every stitch and acre as deeds to high priced real estate, owned by elites who value their view above all else.  The only change that matters to them is since jail time.

It’s probably be the only thing to convince them eating money does not work. Thank god they only worship money.

The thing not named is the fact there isn’t enough of anything, if the reports are true about decline of yield.  EVERYTHING is reducing at a a much greater rate than it is regenerating, although noone alive could even explain with certainty whether if it even would,  much less how in the face of human pressure, and the apparent ZERO demand from any sizable number of people.  This is the very definition of an extinction event of the third order, in which the conditions for demise are both created, and solved by humans, and humans are the most expressly at risk

Any species who chooses and allows itself die like this commits a grave injury upon consciousness.  As the highest representative of the evocation of self, sins against it’s constitution are most eternally punished.  One can only hope that nature has learned from it’s extinction of the dinosaurs not to judge hastily.

Our failure to veer off, lemming like headlong into calamity might be the end of self awareness for a million epochs.

“world” means: great teacher

for some time i have known what might happen if the top order predator were removed from an ecosystem…

A student thesis sought to study an isolated but replenished tide pool which was isolated, naturally for hundreds of years.  The pool was restricted to allow only water in and out, without introducing outside food.  The system lived for a time considered viable, at which point this pool, containing a diverse ecosystem had just one change introduced.

Starfish, the most complex or apex predator, was removed.  Complex because it moved, recognized its own kind, had bisexual reproduction, eyes, aversion to pain, and displayed fear.  It was the highest creature which consistently survived.

Nothing was introduced.  Just the starfish removed, without adding or disturbing anything else.  Within a short period of time, the whole tidepool became sterile.  Only a fungus, some slime, and worms remained.

It may point to the inability of a closed ecosystem to succeed, but ours also has only sunlight,  combined with volumnious interaction of relatively few inorganic elements causing every organic process we call life.  

 

If it is true that the starfish caused the collapse of the system, when the last men who need the natural world die, the natural world will begin a rapid death return to a much less complex system.

If that is true, the world needs them to survive. Not only them, but the whole of life, or what we rely on to be this living planet will have nothing left for anything to live for.  Gone the infinitesimal captures, and accretion of complexity and calories.  These infinitesimal incremental captures move up in complexity becoming which cause wonder, praise, and glory to atheist and cleric alike.  All of that, the food they need, the food, they become, the ones who eat, will be no more.  There can be no food, if there is no living world.

It would be as if we could craft a lake, yet nothing which it depends upon, nothing of that which depends on it, from only water.

Sunlight,  petrochemicals, and a few of the thousands of microorganisms crafted over an epoch will be all that’s left for an ecosystem.  Imaging what life a desert support, and imagine it everywhere, land and sea, and us needing to eat, but what? 

If the natural wold disappears, we seal our doom.  Everything will be the tipping point.  Insects are disappearing as we speak.  So are most vectors of forest diversity.  From abundant forest coverage, fecund and verdant soils, to scant monoculture of food crops grown on the poorest, biomorbid soil on the earth. 

Countless eons of complexity were required to develop our nutritional biosphere.  What will sustain us?  
Failing monoculture crops?  If by some chance or blessing, we discover manna, what will bring the rain?  What will it nourish?  Without forests, what will impede the rain’s rush to the sea?  How much topsoil does the wind not destroy?  That amount which is not desert.

Whence will come materials with which to build?  The rich covering of trees which provide the oxygen we need to breath will be no more. 

If by chance we could survive on oilstuffs for food, our present numbers do not begin to be served by the available fuels in common use.  The present population would not continue to produce even at a reduced output.  The disruption to the artificial system’s prevailing culture would insure the need for a radical reduction in consumption, and by that take it to mean population.

The chaos and civil wars which follow will seem to effectively depressurize resource/production/consumption feedback temporarily, but survival  assumes so many positive confluences so as to make fairly tales from fatal flaws.

The natural world must not be merely protected, it must be restored.  A Russia, China, America triad along with Europe AND the Middle East must cooperate not merely to end resource depletion, but actively restore the natural world, and quickly establish a non-aggression treaty devoted to supporting that work with every fiber of our collective wills, that we might take up the only important work before us.  Everyone’s God, is waiting for this.  If there is no God, we should do the thing and become one.

If it looks like God, acts like God, lives as if everything within and without is God, then it is Supremely God, or Supremely Good.  I’ll take either one.

seattle law:  gun has to be stored in a secure container.  not under your sweater.  sound simple right?

Totally unconstitutional, for vagueness, and a dozen other things.  What is “stored”.  when a gun is in the hand of an owner is that unstored and thus the law does not apply?  when holstered?  Or does a gun have to be in a lock box until you are actually going to shoot someone with it?  it doesn’t even actually that a gun “must” be “stored” it says WHEN a gun IS stored, it must be in a locked container.

May it otherwise be not stored, but, displayed?  may it  be admired, placed on a table?  a mantle?  above a fireplace?  maybe it is being “aired”, or looked at, or any of the other million things a citizen may do with legally owned property.  If the city can make criminal this one rights of the lawful enjoyment of property legally obtained, can it not also restrict display?  Touching for enjoyment?  Can a city can restrict so broad a table of rights, on the basis of such a tenuous risk, that someone might commit a crime in the future.  This brings up an interesting, perhaps well meaning, but totally indefensible expansion of gov’t power.
May it be made criminal to look at a gun which doesn’t belong to you?  These things are even more intimately related to the crime of accessing a weapon, should they not be included?  If the penalty for using this improperly at $1000 fine by having access, then $10000 for the use of it, then is the owner of a firearm or any other person looking at or holding a gun when not stored, committing a crime?  even assuming the person is prohibited from owning a gun, is it a crime to examine a weapon?  assuming a person is not prohibited from touching a gun, can any crime be said to have been committed if  any person examine the weapon, unless a crime is committed as a furtherance of that access?
If this must be done to protect society, does the city also have the right to state that guns in stores and factories be prevented from being touched by salespeople, buyers, delivery people who have access to the weapon, but do not own it?  Why not?  Any of them may be prohibited from owning a weapon.

If the non owner touches a gun and then buys the gun, and then uses the gun in a crime, does the store owner have the same fines for their participation in the connected activity leading from touching, then criminally using a gun after purchase?  Why not?
Why does the purchase reset the liability?  The reasoning and reach is so flawed as to be able to be struck down by a meter maid.  What bullshit?  Seattle, if you swallow this, you better be on your knees because you are vassals and serfs evermore.
Is not a person, who had stored a gun, take it out, to not store the gun, but to share with another the enjoyment of the gun, guaranteed such right by the Declaration of Independance, the right to life liberty and enjoyment of happiness?  If the sharing, touching, and experiencing the gun give joy, and no person does any thing against the will of another, is that not the very definition of protected activity?

If this is the case, then is not the gist of the law, that when a gun is not being examined, held, touched, smelled, handled, admired, fondled, appreciated for it’s craftsmanship, or power, THEN if it just stored, it must be secure.  OK, no under the sweater.  When is that “storage” and when is it tactical deployment?  What about deployed at a bedside for tactical readiness?  Surely this is part and parcel of a gun, to be ready for use?  Is this a crime now?  If so, is not gun ownership itself effectively prohibited?

To those who say no, i mention that it is just as dangerous to have gun securely stored in an emergency than to have it deployed, whether under a pillow, or in a drawer.  This is not “storage”.

Think of the confusion and disorientation in crucial seconds of a life and death struggle, or the need to prevent one.  A thousand rights to self protection are annulled by not having a gun legally owned at a reasonable ready.

The city cannot state that it has such an interest in protecting citizens from everyone’s possibility of committing a crime, that it can ban gun ownership.  It makes no matter whether the language bans them outright, if it makes them unable to be used for their intended purpose.  Can a car be said to be owned, if you may buy it, but never can you install tires on it, except to demonstrate what it MIGHT be if assembled and presented in that manner.

Car and it’s use cannot be separated by any word play even remotely fantasized might elevate a mere city council decision and mayoral agreement to usurp the Declaration of Independence and Constitution.  Not only are those rights not given to the gov’t reserved to the people, but the enjoyment of property and the pursuit of happiness are stated clearly to be God given.  

Having been declared a right given by god, and the sole purpose of government is to protect that right, not restrict it.  Is it a crime to participate in an examination of the gun, in that manner, to hold and observe the gun, with the express agreement that nothing illegal be done with the weapon as a condition of examination, after being removed from locked storage?  If then a person may be liable to that law should the person in fact DO something illegal with that weapon, then effectively, a person may not display a gun at all, or be subject to prosecution for the actions of another.

It takes another car, a gun, or an accident to stop a criminal using a motor vehicle for a crime.  should not it apply there too?  alcohol itself, is not locked, may be stolen, misused after being legally purchased for and by adults, yet children and teen may access it, to the loss of their lives, and health.  Should not all alcohol be secured in a locked container  when stored? And if so,  a crime if except instead of being stored, it is displayed?  enjoyed?  admired? smelled, but not actually drunk?
If this is so important a restriction, so small a curb, for such great gain, then must not this apply more to the automobile, and hundreds of things which not merely could, but ACTUALLY do more damage, and cause more loss of life than guns? 

Should not cigarettes, pretty much decided by science responsible for so many pulmonary and lung diseases not also be locked when not smoked?  What about second hand smoke, what level should the innocent be exposed to it, before the legal owner is responsible for the actions of another?  How to quantify when such things rise to the level of complicity in a crime, and how to  enforce such measure.
it is established science there is no known safe level of cigarette smoke, xrays, background radiation, or artificial sweeteners.  Many, many more are killed directly or indirectly by hundreds of things. Does the number of the killed and injured imply the inclusion of those freedoms the gov’t has a right to restrict?  Why not?  If not, why not?  Why guns and none of the rest, as thousands of times greater numbers take or unlock an auto, or steal the keys, drink and kill large numbers of people, much more protected from stopping than the mere gunman.
Should not the doer of the crime pay these fines?  Should touching the gun, and looking at the gun be prohibited as well?  Perhaps knowledge of the gun itself is the root of the crime against the people, so may the information of ownership of the gun be restricted as well?  What about the retail seller, the credit card company, the delivery person, who all have a part in its existence, knowledge of it, and exactly no more or less reason to commit a crime with it than any person who knows any other person, AND more access to the gun undetected.  Should not guns be locked in secure storage from the moment they are made, until they are used?  Or enjoyed.  Or displayed?  Are they required to have the gun locked in a secure container as well?  Each of them have more opportunity to commit a crime with the weapon, than a room with one honest citizen, and one criminal, and a gun.

why then should the law not state, that Family and friends must not know about this gun?  any of them might steal touch, or commit a violent crime with this awareness, so should not they be prohibited from awareness of it’s existence?  Does not in a further analysis, the maker of the gun, the steel supplier, who knows of it’s intent to be fashioned in a weapon all share in responsibility and by this reasoning should be held accountable?  The person who delivers the steel must also share in the blame under this logic.
the reason it is not done, has nothing to do with law, except it has everything to do wit it.  The gun owner is selected as a special class of citizen, one who might be targeted by his fear of reprisal, financial disaster, and the threat of criminality, although his reason to have the gun used lawfully cannot be held to be any less than a million other americans who have access to deadly weapons.  It makes a mockery of the right to privacy, and the long established principle of private enjoyment of property, without government intervention, in the privacy of ones own home.

It also makes one quarter a soldier in a home on a time of peace because although no crime has been committed, the citizen is bound to restrict his own pursuit of happiness, and that of others in his home with his permission.  This makes him an involuntary gov’t servant.  Since the only time such rights may be curtailed is during time of war or extraordinary danger to the republic isn’t then the gun owner forced to be a gov’;t agent, quartered in his own home during time of peace?

  This statute does not meet constitutional tests in any way, and even if its ends appear to some to be admirable, if the United states cannot violate rights guaranteed by the constitution, how much less a city.

once socialists realized that the American populace would NEVER willingly give them power, they set about infiltrating the most liberal party it could defeat:  the democrats, with their carefully groomed message as the party of inclusion, are now selling unicorn farts, and fairy cum.  Those who would destroy the republic have used the open hearted gracious aspect of youth to infect the nation with values so antithetical to America, that the very first debates are calls for civil war from both sides.  The right will fight to save the union, and the left will fight for whoever the media offers on any particular news cycle.  They are betting your childrens life on the hope that you won’t kill Americans until it’s too late.

I’m not so sure…  What is being done to the nation and the democratic party is a theft so large i cannot yet find a word to describe it with the truth of my convictions.  If we would yield to the so-called left, we would have no guns in the country, except those brought in along the well versed and successful human trafficking line already established.  Criminals would have them, not you.

A stream of people would enter the country with no vetting, and a presumed right to enter, because they are poorer than us, and its not only our fault, but it will cure poverty, if we all don’t have any money, we will be equal.  Equally hungry, equally manageable.  The middle class, whose wage taxes and activity pay the lions share of the benefits will cease to exist, as only tech and service industries will see the last of american affluence destroyed.

Without a strong leader, we will complete our failed journey to a society which produces nothing but what we consume.  Others will set our standards, we will go nowhere, lead nothing.

And what of those waiting to instruct us in our new understanding?  They will show us that criminals have hard lives, and we should excuse their hatred, murder, rape, theft, or other violet and criminal lifestyle.  After all, they’re just boys being boys, and they will outgrow human trafficking, gang grooming, murder, and child rape.  They will settle down get a job and raise a family, right?

Any value is allowed because…hedonism.  There will be a collapse of order as soon as police figure out noone supports or respects them enough to get killed or getting fired and sued for 10 million dollars for doing your job.  Of course the wealthy agitators of all this hell will have private security, safe behind the fences you must not want or be deplorable.  Instead of one big fence to keep out a hundred million people, we will have 300 million fences because they hate capitalism, not for them, just for you.  Come on in, no borders, well um, stay outta Hollywood, Oh and Manhattan, come to think of it, we’ll get you a list of where you can’t go, but you’ll know when you find it.  It will be right behind the fence with all the guys wearing guns.

What ever gov’t protections we thought we had are just so much shit show now, as we watch a constant parade of criminals deign to appear and lie boldfaced to those our laws hold in the highest position of power to safeguard us.

Any one of these things would be a 5 alarm fire 25 yrs ago, but today we watch the pretty colors go round and round faster and faster, GEE, what does it all MEAN?  We are so busy waiting for fireworks we don’t notice something is actually on fire.

It is the nation, its values, it survival, and that of everything we want for the children of america.  Of every color, creed, and ethnic origin, those lawful citizens patriots, and proud to have been given the chance to practice freedom, equality and the rule of laws made by the people, for the people.  Make no mistake.  This is the war we have been fearing.

Every able bodied American, should exercise their right to legally own and bear arms.  We must support constitutionalism in every place and in every manner.  We must participate in gov’t, vote, RUN, contribute.   Nothing less than the republic is at stake.  The death of a thousand small cuts is upon us.

We must support with pride those in law enforcement enough to remove them when they are wrong, or mal adapted for service.  For every 1000, how many have stood because they believe we all deserve a life of peace and protection from crime?  They deserve the fruits of earning the respect of a thankful citizenry.

With every right yet still upon us we must fight for the values america stands for.  If we fail, there won’t be any values left, certainly it won’t matter, as we will be a subjugated people, living in a mountain of debt, built on a cancer of pollution and garbage.  We won’t feel like a people anymore, we won’t have any shared values.  We will be defeated by something only a unified people could overcome.  Then we will finally realize we have been beaten a long time ago, when we denied that a mortal threat could from within.  If we allow what now masquerades as socialism to enmesh itself in our nation, we will have children gender sexualized by adults.  We will not have many children, because we can’t afford them, or abort them, nor can we form the relationships which produce them.  If they do get born, they will inherit an world of serfdom, consumerism, and the most awful presentation of big brotherism imaginable to most americans alive today. The immigrants won’t think so, and whoever has their arm up the ass of the SJW’s won’t be signing “MAGA forever.”  They don’t know any better, and if you eat enough Tide, you could actually believe that when you tell criminals to stop violating your safe space, they will.  I don’t know if that should give you a pass, since, “i was just following orders” is pretty much a discredited legal theory.
Somebody is sure going to get killed before this is over, because the monied elites who brainwash the young selling them idiot stew education which leaves you hating everything instead of knowing how to think, those people are ALWAYS playing for keeps.  If they lose, GOD, they’d have to, to, to …WORK for a living, so you imagine how high their stakes are.  Don’t think they won’t kill your children to win.  They kill their own, so what does that tell you.  It’s tempting to think the, ” What ever the next biggest depravity you can stick it to the man for only $4.99 plus tax” crowd are pathetic or funny.  They aren’t.  They are buying a mercenary army intending to fight to the death a battle fought by and against children, who will have no part in what ensues, except to regret it for the rest of their lives.

The whole plan entails economically enslaving everyone else, so basically I’m guessing they’re in.  That means the puppetmasters will be ready like always to form the detritus of war into some kind of profitmaking machine. Vultures were created to feed on the dead.  This lot is lower than parasites, at least most of them leave their host alive to provide more food.

So i guess i’m getting beyond MGTOW a bit right?  What is it when you are really seeing an invasion of your country by lots of harmless criminals, intermixed with the most dangerous people ever to plague the earth, facilitated by treasonous elements, criminals, citizens of, and operating within, ones own nation, state, city council, school board, senate, house and judiciary.

Just all of us, a few of them, and a President to defend a nation.  This is why, we must become friends, acquaintances, like minded, cohesive.  We must put aside all the old weaknesses like racism, and fear, and stupidity.

We have much to mend.  We have to see each other as Americans, and patriots again.  We must unite to defeat this open-ended economic invasion.  Nothing must be cover to breach the nations defenses.  Compassion and equality can be loud, active, effective, and OUTSIDE America, for those neighbors who live in want.  We must first feed, cloth, educate, and tend to our citizens.  Without a healthy democracy, there is no help we can offer.

If we can’t save this nation from the poison of a demonstrably failed dogma, lawfully, with freedom, how can we help others?  There are many social goals every American works for.  We all want our children to enjoy our excess, when it is there.  We want them to have it better if possible.  We want to spread out risk so that those with plenty might help the less fortunate, voluntarily.  All of us can appreciate helping the suffering of the sick and the elderly, and we give part so they might be helped.  We are all capitalists, and socialists.  Americans have always found the best in both.  What now confronts us is not socialism, not even disastrously  implemented socialism could create this vast invasion of impoverished and amongst them, mortal enemies.This is something new, and it is very, very dangerous.

too bad they can’t “pull” them altogether, as in out of the “press” room, and into the White House nursery. That’s where Acosta and most of them belong. God what great name for a horrible media clown. I won’t call him a reporter, it gives reporters a bad name… he thinks he’s being edgy, and history will judge, blah, blah. History has already judged. Acting like a 2 year old is not bringing truth to power. If he really believed his own spew, he’d defend his ideas and challenge others to best him with truth, and he’d do it with a modicum of respect and decorum.

His mouth is so far up his globalist boss’ ass he barely understands how to craft a position, so he resorts to taunts, and his deep repertoire of 2nd grade recess weapons. I’m sure they serve well in some circles, but remove whatever pass he gets for his strain of oppression or some ancestor somewhere didn’t get a puppy, to me he seems severely outclassed, not only by the press core., but any reporter I’ve seen, to say nothing about the administrations of American presidents.  He must have the fidelity goods on the CEO or something.

I can state with authority, because i was alive and thinking at the time, that truly horrible administration agendas, at odds not only with much if not most of the people, all other branches of gov’t, their own statements of fact, not to mention law, have been brought to their knees, and run out of town, by a free press, without rancor, bias, deceit of endless ungrounded statement or any of the other dishonest vile attacks directed at this administration. I’d like to say BETTER professionals, but in truth, what is happening is so detrimental to the function of a free press that i can’t make light.

It is not the job of the press to act as a mouthpiece of the views of their employers. It is not to advance their wealth, position, or desires. Regardless of ones political bent, an independent press is supposed to REPORT the happenings of the day, not craft a narrative out of it’s sound bites to created a episode of emotion and innuendo. The value of a free press is not only that it is free from gov’t influence, but that it is also free from the strength of bias which incites the people to abandon the process of law, and become a mob. Whom do you suppose will rule, after?

It certainly won’t be the authors those base ideals were used to manipulate the passions of the people. It will be a whole different set of reptiles out of the same swamp. Those best suited to topple Caesar, are those closest to him. Brave new world? i I doubt it

We need to get our heads out of our asses. What ever obstacles need to be overcome, you can bet its going to be the fast lane to depopulation, because if the idiots altering data and skewing conclusions happen to be right, we need to get rid of a whole shitload of people right byGod now. This media infofucktainment is much worse than the degradation and destruction of the press.  It’s bad enough that good men and assholes aplenty populate media corporations which seek to lead the people, rather than to inform them.

After our profit (to them of course) is expended, what seeds of compassionate care are we to suppose are growing unseen in  boardrooms across the land?  The worse thing is that while all of this sells dish soap, the people aren’t having facts presented to them and dialog is thwarted by a constant barrage of insanity inducing rage. The loss of the trust and care of the informed populace is the real danger

If the people are considered not capable of discerning the truth, and acting properly according to providence, the next self-anointed to prophet is the never seen fatal danger.  If you want to invoke Hitler, keep it up, because “coup happens”.

Is it not the utmost cynicism that the people be seen as unable to decide what is in their own self interest. It is the utmost betrayal. What we have to save us from that hell, is just one simple thing. The truth. The truth in one’s heart was seen as so fundamental a need as to be the first lesson of the Constitution.

That declaring yourself free is not enough. That there is no freedom without the right to speak, assemble, commune, teach and learn. When media corporations walk away from that duty, it is the duty of good men to walk away from those corporation, and if their intention be so strong, let them for their own corporations dedicated to the real purpose of the existence of the press, which is not to titillate, nor incite, but to inform, so that the people might peacefully reform their government according to the law. In any case what ever protections arise from the corporate charter are forfeit, not by law, but allegiance to the principle of honesty, and fairness.

The acts creating freedom and protection of the press, weren’t to address that a President might seek to throttle the peoples rights, but rather congress might enshrine in law that assault.   If so, who could challenge them, after all, without the prohibition, it is lawful.  It was seen that a group might so put themselves abouve the people, and so enslave them to have only armed insurrection for relief.  Against this, the right to bear arms is superior.  Who better to trust, than a man who could take your life, who knows you can take his.
Donald Trump hasn’t done anything to the press to deserve the treatment he gets, and he governs with the assent of more than 70% of the country on the issues, who the hell cares about his manners, little Jimmy thinking he’s 10 times the talent he isn’t. If he had qualifications other than knowing who the CEO is banging, he’d be making coffee for real reporters. It’s a mistake to think of any of his ratings as a success in his case. People are just waiting and hoping that Trump crushes him like an insect while they’re watching. If Trump was 1/10th the monster acosta implies he’d do just that, but instead, the President of the United States, allows himself to be slandered, his intentions, and reputation be assaulted by a man lesser Presidents might have killed, or intend to destroy his career.

I was just looking around at the Gab help stuff  (scary, i know).  I’d have to say that by a huge margin, the people here are intelligent, concerned, well informed, funny, nice, and angry.  It makes for an interesting mix.

I want Gab to evolve in the direction of furthering it’s support of free speech in the proper manner, as approved by me.  Humble, i know, but hear me out.  It seems like Gab has decided to become the first REAL Digital Press.

This is a Yuuuuge assignment, albatross, or accolade, depending on your point of view.

The first instance of the expression of the freedom of speech, is, well to assert the right to have it.  This is no small covenant, as the American Constitution seems to me to be about limiting government, and asserting that those things which men would die to procure for others are of such precious value to the race of Humans, that are in fact not only good, but Natural, not merely Natural, but SUPERIOR as the same man’s reason dictates that the truth of his hearts declarations fuel the construction of thought into law.

 

What is this law?  It is a declaration that law must serve men, or it is no law, it is bad law.  Bad law can be changed by good people, or there is no government, only tyranny.  The law says that all men are created equal, yet even in it’s own worship of equality and freedom, it denied those same God given rights to some, as it stated all men should have such and such, between man and God the pact was forged.

 

But they were wrong, not because they were bad men, but because as we grew, the evil lie of it showed its face in the daylight, and those who came long, long before us, changed it.  They were white, because whites had the power.  Many things and people touched their hearts, that much is clear.  They had real power, and money.  Even so, the thing could not be accomplished without blood as well, and most of that was white too, although doubtless many would argue not human, according to their intent.

 

It is as natural as every living thing on this earth, that freedoms should, if cared for and properly tended, thrive, and become adults capable of reproduction.  The freedom of speech is no exception.

After enshrining the sanctity of ALL to have a God given right to be heard, the child of freedom of speech, is freedom of the press.  Every person, has the right not only to speak, but they may not be stopped by the government, even if they seek to influence that government in the most distasteful terms.  Again, no small thing.  That a founding document should attempt to create a self limiting form of government, with the clearly stated goal that of declaring all rights not expressly given to the gov’t are forever recognized as belonging to a pact with divinity.   Divinity being in no doubt, having delivered the rights from the powerful, with blood the tender.

No wonder then, fresh from the cruelest cut, that freedom must be taken, when sufficient need arise, from the hands of the powerful, did they enshrine it so highly that the people must be allowed to remain armed without INFRINGEMENT, not a 50% deal not a negotiation, but the government must not even touch the ends of the strands of the awful blanket which the very next

improvement provide.  That the gov’t must always remember, that it governs with the consent of an overwhelmingly superior enemy, that of all the people.  The armed people.  Reasoned, for better or worse, that men would not fight against their own interests with their lives, and if they didn’t care to offer those, it probably could be fixed with the application of law.  An armed populace is a wonderful thing.  It shows the people that the gov’t thinks they are doing the right things, and it shows the gov’t if the people do too.

What does this have to do with Gab?   Well i think the next evolution of Gab is to enable users to create real internet multimedia content.  With every technology bottom line that any professional news organisation would use, because this is what Gab is.  It is the first REFORMED First amendment platform practicing today.  It’s next evolution is to become a content conduit for professionally done news.  A channel will be unbiased, or it will die.  The center holds, if the fringe is ignored.  By it’s very nature, it will be conservative, but its’ core function will serve all.

The complete expression of the freedom of speech is to seek to change the minds of others.  This is why the press is protected.  It is the real freedom God given, and the founding survivors knew that to convince others one thing must be present.  Truth.  Without it, power or money cannot win.

It is the inner certainty which makes the free press so dangerous to corruption.  Held up to truth, every dogma must be short.  If Gab, created or bought modern, professional tools, it would allow users to reach as many hearts as destiny allows.

It is this freedom, an armed populace protects.  The lawful application of the ultimate exercise of power, that all are equally deserving of the offer to control their destiny by participation in governance.  That the vote of the armed people, entrusted and loath to choose against their best judgement, will not often empower evil, but when it happens, after the good faith of men cast off, law disregarded, after following the remedy and path of those souls who so wisely cared for the rights of the distant unborn, and died for the same when that needed to be.  After the honest truthful toil of law, which by right should not work its way quick enough for the heart.  THEN comes the real need for the right of the people to bear arms, NOT infringed.

It isn’t far of or distant memory, that each generation could cast about for a close call whether the atheist’s luck of the draw of the grace of God deliver us from ruin.

In each crisis averted, it is the will of the people, but which people?  The function of the press is to inform people of the truth, so they can decide what they should do.  It is not to use every bubble gum trick of cynism and trickery to get people to do what you want, or have been told to say, or self selected for position.  The only legitimate press is in sofar as humanly possible, concerned firstly with the truth, and developing a way of telling it, that people will pay for.

This is where Gab came from, and this is where it should go. This is where it has to go, because being honest, and smart, kind, conservative, equal minded, non racist, non-misogynists, and angry isn’t enough.  we need to make these values part of our daily governance in the same way we want them in our daily lives.  For that we need to influence people who think they hate, and disagree with us over media constructions and characterizations designed to create division, not understanding, hysteria not information.

This is not the press so protected and defended by our founding.  This is social propaganda disguised as infotainment disguised as news.  Gas has a unique opportunity to become a beacon of truth in a world of lies.

There are many things, those of good heart could agree should change.  Many things many think wrong.  If we are to preserve the nation, we change them with the prescriptions of its creators.  Every state has an accessible method of calling for a change in the constitution.  If we would have the republic survive, this alone must be the way.  Freedom of speech, freedom of the press, protected by an armed citizenry participating honestly in a nation of laws, created by the only thing worth anything of a nation, its people.

Gab has a part to play in freedom.
